Kristen in Port au Prince...

Mark here, I just spoke to Kristen about an hour ago. She's OK and actually got some much needed sleep last night. They were able to sleep inside at the Livesay's house, which seems to be structurally sound in the midst of being surrounded by piles of rubble. Karis is doing better, she has stopped throwing up. Keanan seem oblivious to what's happened and is happily playing.

Kristen and Karis are confirmed on a flight for Miami tomorrow.... the big question is whether or not the airport will be open.

Please pray for Kristen's safety, strength and peace.
Pray for our dear friends who live in Haiti who are experience lose and uncertainty.
Pray for the countless unknown people in Haiti who seemingly had nothing and now have less.

  1. I will pray for their safe return. You don't know me, but Kristen was kind enough to email with me about adoption back in 2008. I thought of your family when I heard about the earthquake. It is good to hear that they are safe.

Amidst such devastation God is still Righteous, God is still merciful, God is still loving. Don't know why...I just felt the need to put that out there!
