The lazy shopper’s guide to Black Friday deals

The video footage of the brawls at Walmart last night . . . I cannot even. While people are going shopping in droves, I’m hiding out home in a panic, hoping that no emergency could possibly force me into a store today.  (Or this month.) I am truly hoping that I can avoid going to the mall altogether from now until Christmas. I hate the crowds.

That being said, there are some stellar online deals happening right now, and I did take advantage of some sales from the comfort of my living room this morning.

Dresses at Tea Collection are $15. I repeat. Dresses at Tea Collection are $15. People often ask me how I can afford to outfit the girls in these clothes. This is how. I usually stock up for the season when they have these sales, and buy ahead for the following season as well. Durable, adorable dresses from a globally-minded company. Love.

Gap is having a site-wide sale of 50% off with the code BLKFRIDAY. My friend Amber says that this black pencil skirt is awesomely flattering for curvy girls, and based on the reviews it seems many agree. I just got it half off for $25.

Banana Republic is also having a site-wide sale at 40% off everything. The code is BRGIVING. I’ve had my eye on this dress for months. It was originally $110, then went down to $89, and I got it for 40% off that. Happy dance.

These are some of the stores I perused this evening. Have you found any other online sales that are worth checking out?
